Meeting held where discussions are had regarding the design brief to get an understanding of the client’s design, specification and inclusion requirements. Discuss budgeting requirements to achieve desired results. A preliminary agreement document that explains the next stage is produced and needs to be signed off on prior to progressing to the Design Proposal Stage.
